Part-Time Custodian Posting (posted 8/21 – open until filled)
Essential Functions:
- Keep the church building(s) clean, attractive, safe and well maintained, inside and out.
- Wet and dry mop floors. Vacuums, strips, waxes and buffs/polish floors; operates power-cleaning equipment, mechanical cleaners and polishers and mixes cleaning agents as directed.
- Vacuums spot-cleans and shampoos carpets; empties and cleans waste receptacles; dusts, waxes, washes and polishes furniture, counters, woodwork, and metalwork.
- Cleans and washes windows, walls, windowsills and screens, as assigned. Cleans restrooms and replenishes supplies including soap, towels and tissue.
- Perform routine, regular and seasonal cleaning, and sanitizing.
- Must be available between the hours of 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., M-F, 6pm-10pm Saturday & 1pm-5pm Sunday
- Other duties as assigned.
